PAYMENT METHODS

All list prices are inclusive of sales tax unless otherwise stated. Please note that national taxes may have to be paid on imports for deliveries outside the EU.

We accept payments by credit card (AMEX, Master, Visa), BIZUM and PayPal.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING DELAYS?

Orders are processed the following business day, Monday through Friday, excluding Spanish bank holidays. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. Orders are processed from Getaria, Spain. Availability of products is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, you will be notified.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Deliveries within Spain: 5.90 €

Deliveries to other EU countries: 9.90 €

Deliveries to the USA and other overseas countries: On request.

RETURNS

I RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT. NOW WHAT?

In the event that you have received a different item than the one you ordered by mistake, please contact us at info@iturrienea.com to arrange a return and/or exchange.

RETURNS POLICY

The procedure for returning an item purchased at our online store is as follows:

1. Send an email request for the return to info@iturrienea.com

No later than 15 working days from the date you received the product, let us know the reason for the return if you think it will help us continue to improve.

2. The items should be packaged with all original labels

3. Send the articles to

Important: Until such time as we receive an item in our store it remains the customer’s responsibility and return deliveries with unpaid postage will not be accepted.

We recommend that you send any item for return by courier or certified mail and retain the proof of shipment.

DO I HAVE TO PAY ANYTHING FOR A RETURN?

To return any item purchased at Iturri Enea, simply contact a courier service or local post office and send the product back to us at the above address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

In cases where a product is deemed defective Iturri Enea shall assume the entire cost of return shipping and/or exchange.

HOW AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once a return is approved the value of the purchase will be refunded by the same method you made the original payment.

This is done once we have confirmed that the returned article(s) are in perfect condition with all labels. You will receive an email confirmation notifying you of the amount that will be credited to your account.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE REFUNDED AMOUNT IS INCORRECT?

Please contact us at info@iturrienea.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
